The family is a subject of the interest of many Sciences. It is possible here to show sociology, psychology, social policy, law, medicine and other. The social pedagogy is one of leading Sciences which are interested in a family in purposes of activity supporting. Theories generated in the area of social pedagogy aimed at establishing the principles and models of social activities undertaken in family environments. The theoretical achievements of science supports practitioners in the activities undertaken in the environments of families experiencing social dysfunction.

The article raises the issues of social activity aimed at supporting families. In particular, reference is made to the classic concepts of political models of the state organized according to the principles of liberalism, socialism and socliberalism as the middle ground between the first two. On the foundation of political assumptions, proposals are built of model family support arranged in three different circumstances of state governance. Three respective models of family support are outlined, which refer to the liberal, socialist and socliberal assumptions.
